How much time do I have to make a return?

You can ship your return within 14 days from order reception.
Is return procedure free?

Return in countries outside Italy is on client charge.
Are exchanges possible?

We don’t make exchages but by doing the return you can make a new purchase with the refund received.
What carrier can I use for the shipping?

Carrier and delivery service for the return are on your choice. You can ship using the postal service or a vector you like.
How much is the shipping cost of my return?

Shipping costs aren’t managed by us but the price list depends on the carrier you’ll choose.

How can I track my return?

We don’t have foreign return shipping’s tracing because the procedure is directly done by the client. We suggest to track your return by asking the tracing code to the carrier used.
When would I receive the refund?

You’ll be refunded in 7\15 days from the reception of your return in our warehouse. You’ll be refunded in the original payment method used and you’ll receive an email when it’ll be done.
