Delivery

When do you ship my order?

How can I track my order and know when it will be delivered?

You will receive shipment tracking via email and you will be notified of all stages of the shipment, such as the order delivery date.

Can I cancel or modify an order?

We guarantee super fast delivery times, which is why it is not always possible for us to modify / cancel orders already placed.
Have you noticed that you want to cancel or change your order? Check if the order cancellation function at the cash register is available (this function is only available in certain time slots). If you are unable to cancel the order by yourself, please contact our customer service, we will check if it is still possible to cancel or change the order.

The courier could not deliver my order, what can I do?

Contact us at hello@quanticlo.com. Our operators will assist you in setting up a new delivery as soon as possible.

I just ordered but I got the wrong address, is this a problem?

No, but contact us as soon as possible at hello@quanticlo.com with the correct order number and shipping information.


Returns

Can I make a return?

Yes, you have 30 days to make the return.
     
 


 

How will I receive the refund?

The refund will be made directly to the card used for the order or according to order payment method.

How much time do I have to return the product?

+

You have 30 days from receipt of the package to make the return.

Is it possible to make an exchange?

+

At this time we do not offer an exchange service, but you can return the product and receive a refund for the cost of the product (return costs will not be refunded). You can return the item and place a new order.

When will I receive the refund?

We try to process returns as quickly as possible, it may take up to 7/15 days from receipt of the package in our warehouses before the refund is issued.

 When we make the refund, you will receive a refund confirmation email and the amount will be visible on the card or in your account in approximately 2/6 business days (the time depends on your bank).

 

How should I ship the return?

Please use Quanticlo original box. You can use packing material you prefer. Shoes must be unworn.

What are the payment methods?

It's possible to buy with Paypal, Amazon Pay and credit or prepaid cards.
 

Are the payments secure?

Quanticlo takes customer safety very seriously. Our site is classified level 1 PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard), an international security system. We also use SSL certificates, which guarantee the security of online data.

Your card details are absolutely secret and will only be used to make payment.

Will I pay customs fees?

No, there are no customs fees in EU.
Customs duties may be required for countries outside the EU or in some areas such as Canary Islands.
 

Is it possible to pay with Paypal?

Yes, it is now also possible to purchase with Paypal.
 
 
 

Is it possible to pay with a Quanticlo E-Gift Card?

Yes, you can use gift card code at checkout.







Do you have to make a return?

It's easy!
You have 30 days to make the return

2. Include the reason for the return in the package
3. Insert in the package your order number, email used and the name and surname with which you ordered
4. Apply the address provided to you via email on the package
5. Send the package with the courier of your choice
